Pool and Gym Fob Edit page

We must re-register ALL pool/clubhouse/gym key FOBS (both the white card style, and the coin keychain style), as too many are outstanding, and we have noticed that non-residents seem to be using old, expired fobs. ALL existing key fobs will be deactivated in the system on May 11, until the fob is re-registered/validated. Each fob is associated with a serial number so we can identify resident facility use. 

The following will be required to reactivate:

Requirements:

• Must be a current resident owner. Nonresident owners (have tenants) are not eligible for a FOB. OR
• Must be a current tenant with a current unexpired lease 
• Must provide valid proof of residency (Acceptable documents for owners include a valid driver’s license or ID with Lakewood on the Green address, Tenants must show a current unexpired lease agreement)
• Maximum of 1 FOB per tenant household
• Resident owners can receive activation of 1 additional FOB with purchase of a new keychain style FOB ($100)
